I have a director that has a reoccuring appointment, when he changes the time of one instance of the appointment and syncs with his PDA the change reflects as it should. The problem is that the reminder turns off for that one instance. the other are still there. And the option to change the reminder is greyed out, which I would expect because you can only change the reminder for the series not the single instace in question. This is a new problem, he never had this happen before. he hasn't received and office updates that I know of.
I have already reinstalled Office/ActiveSync, re-created his windows profile, and done a hard reset of his phone.
Any clue what else it could be?
