Access Exchange mailbox folders through file system?

I have a user who wants to make a connection to an Exchange mailbox folder from an MS Access database. I know that Exchange 2000 used to have the M: drive for file system access, but that no longer exists in Exchange 2003. Does anyone know if it's possible to query a mailbox folder from an Access database?
