When logging into Exchange 2003 OWA it comes up with a username and password box rather than the exchange OWA webpage

In order to get the OWA authentication web page, you will have to purshase and install a SSL certificate on your IIS web server.

OWA rely on IIS to function properly. Once you install your SSL certificate, you will get the OWA authenticate web page.
