Exchange Full Access Script

We are trying to give a couple of acounts full mailbox access to all the user's located on that Sever.

We have several Exchange 2007 servers and many mailbox on each server. So we need 2-3 accounts readily available that would have full mailbox access to all the users if and when needed.

Does anyone have a script availble to get this done?
