Windows Login Prompt When Viewing Certain Emails

Hello Everyone -

- Exchange 2003 servers with Outlook 2002 clients.

One client gets a Windows login prompt whenever individual opens an email from someone that has an HTML signature. Person attempts three authentication tries and HTML signature does not appear can see the email.

Any ideas?
