OWA Timeout - hacked registry - still timesout

OWA times out for my users - whether they choose Public OR Private.

Googled this and found default and registry hacks...

HKEY_Local_Machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\msexchange OWA

altered both private and public in registry to 60 minutes - restarted IIS

still times out anywhere from 3 minutes to 15 minutes

Any ideas?

There a re a few things to consider on this issue.

First is that you have to be using forms based authentication.

If that is the case I would check this article to make sure everything has been set correctly.
