    Trip Itinerary

Is anyone familiar with this functionality?

We have a situation where we print out travel itineraries for executives before they embark on a trip which will last a period of days. Right now we put the travel information (airline, hotel, rental, dinner reservations, etc...) in the executive’s outlook calendar and create a separate word document with the itinerary information in it as well. I am wondering if there is predefined way to print out the itinerary information directly from outlook without including other calendar information that is not part of the trip itinerary.

I envision giving each calendar item which belongs in a specific itinerary some sort of category value. Then, printing all calendar items which have said category value in an itinerary template layout.
