Outlook address book missing after using custom install

I am trying to figure out why the outlook address book is not appearing after i use the office resource kit. I have found a work around by following these steps but i would like to have contacts available from the start. I believe it has something to do with the customized default profile. When i leave the option as "use existing profile" i still have to enter the server and username info but the outlook address book  arrears properly. When  use the "new profile option" everything works fine except for the out look address book. The global address list works fine. i have found the articel below that has the same situation but the solution is from 2006 and still doesn't fix the problem within the Custom Installation Wizard.  The suggestion is to create a standalone .prf file that you can click on after making the new account that will correct the missing contacts. I want to be able to integrate this into the custom install so I do not have to added an extra step.
