    Error Message on setup \PrepareAD

I am receiving the following error message when running setup \PrepareAD... The email address policy object must have exactly one primary email address with the prefix "FAX".  I looked on my Exchange 2003 server and found two email policies.  One is the default and had two "FAX" items listed.  I deleted one of them.  The other policy also has two "FAX" items listed, but I cannot delete one of them.  The filter rules on the policy I cannot change are (&(mailNickname=*)(legacyExchangeDN=/O=Bard Manufacturing Company/OU=BARD/*)).  I am not sure how this was created or if I need it.  I was going to delete it, but I decided to write this post before I do anything drastic.  It appears that both policies are the same except for the filter rule.  Any help would be appreciated.
