Exchange 2007: Migrate Now, or Migrate Later?

What are your migration plans? If you're an Exchange 2003 shop, how soon will you be upgrading to Exchange? And if you're on a legacy Exchange (pre-2003) or non-Exchange (e.g., Notes, GroupWise) version, are you going to go straight to Exchange 2007 or install 2003 as an interim step?

What are your arguments for moving to Exchange 2007 right away vs. delaying the upgrade? Or moving to 2007 right away vs. moving to 2003 in the short term?
