Auto-Accept all appointments even conflicts

I need to have a resource mailbox that I setup to accept all meeting requests, even if they conflict. This mailbox is going to be used for our techs to send their appts to be reviewed by the scheduler.

Any ideas on how I can accomplish this? Exchange Server 2003 Std, W2K3 SP2 std.
