Exchange 2000 OWA error message

When any user logs into OWA, they received an error message pop up error code:12019

This is received just after entering correctly the user name and password

If the users chooses "ok" on this error code popup, they are able to continue to user OWA

This happens no matter what browser they are using.

Has anyone come across this before?

Any help appreciated.

Is there any verbose message displayed, or just the code ? Is there any error message in the IIS log, or in the event viewer logs ?
