Expert Tip: Check the mode of an Exchange organization

To check the Exchange mode, start Exchange System Manager (ESM) by selecting Start, Programs, Microsoft Exchange, System Manager. Right-click the organization, and click Properties. Select the General tab, and the Operational Mode will appear as Mixed or Native.
